03 - Spread the chicken mixture evenly across the bottom of the prepared casserole dish, pressing lightly to create an even layer.
04 - Pour marinara sauce over the chicken layer, using a spoon to spread gently and cover the entire surface.
05 - Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the marinara sauce layer.
06 - If using, scatter crushed pork rinds over the cheese layer for added texture.
07 - Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the casserole is bubbling around edges and cheese turns golden brown.
08 - Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh chopped basil and serve hot.
