- Preheat oven to 400°F or air fryer to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper if using oven method.
- Lay flour tortillas on a clean work surface. Spread 2-3 tablespoons of pizza sauce in the center of each tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border around edges.
- Divide mozzarella cheese evenly among tortillas. Top with pepperoni or mushrooms, bell peppers, olives, red onion, oregano, and garlic powder, distributing ingredients uniformly.
- Fold in the left and right edges of each tortilla toward the center. Starting from the bottom edge, roll up tightly burrito-style to completely enclose the filling.
- Lightly brush or spray the outside of each burrito with olive oil to promote even browning and crisping.
- Place burritos seam-side down on prepared baking sheet for oven method, or arrange in a single layer in air fryer basket without overcrowding.
- Oven method: Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy throughout. Air fryer method: Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping burritos halfway through cooking time, until exterior is crisp and filling is heated through.
- Remove from heat. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired. Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
