# What You’ll Need:

02 - 2 cups cucumber, diced
03 - 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
04 - 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
05 - 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

06 - 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
07 - 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
08 - 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup
09 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

01 - In a large bowl, combine diced watermelon, cucumber, red onion, and chopped mint leaves.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper until emulsified.
