Yogurt Parfait with Honey and Fruits (Printable)

Layered yogurt dessert with fresh fruits and honey, ready in minutes.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Dairy

01 - 2 cups plain Greek yogurt

→ Sweetener

02 - 4 tablespoons honey

→ Fruits

03 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
04 - 1 cup fresh blueberries
05 - 1 cup fresh kiwi, peeled and chopped
06 - 1 medium banana, sliced

→ Optional Toppings

07 - 1/2 cup granola or toasted nuts
08 - Fresh mint leaves for garnish

# Directions:

01 - Wash, peel, and slice all fresh fruits as needed. Hull and slice the strawberries, peel and chop the kiwi, and slice the banana. Keep blueberries whole.
02 - Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt into the bottom of each parfait glass or serving bowl, spreading it into an even layer.
03 - Drizzle approximately 1/2 tablespoon of honey evenly over the yogurt layer in each glass.
04 - Arrange a generous layer of sliced strawberries, blueberries, chopped kiwi, and banana slices over the honey-drizzled yogurt.
05 - Spoon another layer of yogurt over the fruit, drizzle with additional honey, and add more mixed fruit. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with a fruit layer on top.
06 - Sprinkle with granola or toasted nuts if desired, and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately for a crunchy texture, or chill for 20 minutes for a softer, creamier consistency.

# Expert Suggestions:

01 -
  • It takes ten minutes from fridge to table and looks like something from a cafe window display.
  • The layering is forgiving enough that even clumsy hands make it beautiful every single time.
02 -
  • Banana slices will turn brown within an hour, so if you are making these ahead, leave the banana out and add it just before serving.
  • Wet fruit makes the yogurt layers bleed into each other, so always pat your washed fruit dry with a clean towel first.
03 -
  • Use a piping bag or a zip top bag with the corner snipped off to layer yogurt cleanly without smearing it on the sides of the glass.
  • Chill your glasses in the freezer for ten minutes before assembling so the yogurt holds its shape and the layers stay razor sharp.
